    Sonata No. 1 was commissioned by Robert Holmes from Vancouver (B.C.) in memory fo his wife Maureen who passed away on November 28, 2017. Written during the winter months of 2019, the work was premiered by the composer at the Cathedral Church of All Saints in Halifax (N.S.), on July 11, 2019, during the closing recital of the National Convention of the Royal Canadian College of Organists. 1. Allegro Agitato (ca. 7'30), II. Berceuse Mariale (ca. 6'00), Carillion-Toccata (ca. 7'15). Medium-difficult.
